I’ve put together three tailored package options for you to review. Each is designed to meet different needs and offer flexibility depending on what might best serve your conference attendees.

About Me

My name is Christine Pudel, and I’m the owner and lead photographer at Christine Pudel Photography. In addition to running my photography business, I’m also a registered nurse—something I believe allows me to connect on a deeper level with your conference attendees, as fellow nurse practitioners.

I'm a wife and proud mom to a little boy, and I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity to connect with other professionals at your event.

I've been a photographer for the past four years, specializing in lifestyle family and newborn photography. Over time, I’ve also started incorporating professional headshots into family sessions at the request of clients. In addition, I offer fine art school photography with a timeless and authentic approach.

In this proposal, you’ll find a curated selection of my work to give you a sense of my style and the quality I bring to every session.

Headshot Package Options for NPAA Conference

Option 1: Basic Pay-Per-Image

  • No sitting fee for NPAA conference organizers

  • Attendees may opt-in for a headshot session by paying $20

  • Each attendee will receive a personal online gallery delivered via email, including color and black & white versions of their images

  • Includes one complimentary digital download

  • Additional digital images and professional print products will be available for purchase directly from the gallery

Option 2: All-Inclusive Digital Package

  • No sitting fee for NPAA conference organizers

  • Attendees may opt-in for a headshot session by paying $75

  • Each attendee will receive a personal online gallery delivered via email, including color and black & white versions of their images

  • Includes all digital images from their session as downloadable files

  • Professional print products will be available for purchase directly from the gallery

Option 3: Shared-Cost Model

  • $300 sitting fee per day paid by NPAA conference organizers

  • Attendees may opt-in for a headshot session by paying $25

  • Each attendee will receive a personal online gallery delivered via email, including color and black & white versions of their images

  • Includes all digital images (3-6 poses) from their session as downloadable files

  • Professional print products will be available for purchase directly from the gallery
